Eligibility:

·         U.S. citizen or permanent resident

·         demonstrated academic success with minimum GPA of 2.5+

·         validated completed 100 hours of community service within previous 12 months

·         planning to enroll in at least two courses during fall semester at a two-year institution

·         not a child of Coca-Cola employee

East Texas Section of Society of Petroleum Engineers Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • high school senior planning to attend an accredited four-year university with a four-year curriculum leading to a degree of Bachelor of Science in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

Texas A & M University Health Science Center College of Medicine

Eligibility:

·         graduating high school seniors (2005) in “medically under served” rural areas of Texas

·         interested in pursuing a career in medicine without having to take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT)

·         3.5+ GPA

·         predicted to graduate in top 10% of class

·         SAT = 1200+ or ACT = 26+

·         U.S. citizen or permanent resident

·         Texas resident

·         commit to attend one of the seven partner universities in the Texas A & M University System
