Care and Maintenance of New Facility is paramount to continued use.

• Floor – Solid wood floor, requires moderate cooling at all times, care of surface at all times
• Curtains – Please refrain from touching or handling curtains.  Designated person to handle curtain manipulation.
• Stage Work Lights (Light Control Board) – Available to all auditorium users
• Stage Practice controls (Audio/Lights) – Available to all auditorium users.
• Storage Areas –maintain and leave clean
• Dressing Rooms (off limits except for productions) –

Light Management System – Leviton Lights requires training

Sound System – Audio Mixer requires training

No one in Mezzanine, unless designated and trained.

Roving Spot – requires training

Projection System – requires training

 

No Gum

No Shoes in seats or on back of seats

No Drinks

No Food

No sitting on arms of seats

 

  During rehearsals the following will be utilized:

Restrooms – Commons Area

Eating – Commons Area

Trash – Commons Area

Phone – None available in auditorium – you may need to rely on cell phones
