Intro to Auditorium Facilities and Systems

Care and Maintenance of New Facility is paramount to continued use.

Stage

 

Control Booth -- Assigned/Trained Crew Members ONLY – NO ONE ELSE allowed!

Light Management System – Leviton Lights requires training

Sound System – Audio Mixer requires training

No one in Mezzanine, unless designated and trained.

Roving Spot – requires training

Projection System – requires training

 

Auditorium Seats

No Gum

No Shoes in seats or on back of seats

No Drinks

No Food

No sitting on arms of seats

 

Rehearsals  During rehearsals the following will be utilized:

Restrooms – Commons Area

Eating – Commons Area

Trash – Commons Area

Phone – None available in auditorium – you may need to rely on cell phones

 

Equipment--Handled by Trained Student Technicians ONLY.  This equipment includes:

Microphones

Mic Stands

Stage Mic Snakes

XLR cables

Monitors

Quarter Inch Cables

Light Trees (Controls)

 

PLEASE Use Work Lights until production is blocked and set…then use of expensive lights for final rehearsals & production.
