1. Establish the targeted audience.

3.   Identify staffing roles.

a. District Administrator (Use the Lightspan-TAKS Correlations and On-line “Strandards Search” training to correlate Lightspan to District Curriculum)

b. Campus Administrator (Manage district hardware needs, Schedule trainings, Manage the network, Provide support) 

c. Report Generator (responsible for turning in TPRI and Lightspan reports and  scores, usage information, and portfolio documentation)

 

 

4. Conduct training with written expectations for implementation.
