TEXT VERSION Step 1:  Open Internet Explorer Step 2:  Click on Import and Export Export your Favorites List to your Network Folder using the Import/Export Wizard. When the Wizard Opens, Click on Next.   Step 3:  Click on Export Favorites

Step 4:  Select the Favorites Folder (this will export all the subfolders you have made as well)

Step 5:  Click on NEXT

Step 6:  Now you will have to BROWSE to YOUR Network Folder

Notice that bookmark.htm is the NAME of your FAVORITES document.

 

When you have located the subfolder on the network where you would like to store your FAVORITES,

Step 7: Click SAVE

 

 

Steps 8 & 9: Click Next, Click Finished

 

 

Notice that I renamed my bookmark document as bookmark8.htm.  This lets me know that it is my last list of bookmarks. All previous lists will be INCLUDED in the last list.

 

Now that you have stored your bookmarks, you will be able to IMPORT them to ANY machine you want them on.

 

Here is how you IMPORT your Favorites.

 

Repeat Steps 1-2

Step 3:  Click on IMPORT Faviorites

Step 4: Click on Next

 

Step 5: BROWSE to where you have your FAVORITES file Stored

Step 6: Select the bookmark file you want to import

Step 7: Click Save

Step 8 & 9: Click Next and Finish

 

You have successfully imported your FAVORITES List to a New Machine!
