Introduction

In this workshop, you will develop web-based lessons, activities, or projects. Even though your work may be imperfect to your standards, it is expected that you will allow your project to be posted on the Arp web site at the address http://www.arp.sprnet.org/TIFTECHplay/index.htm for an indefinite period of time. We encourage you to retain copyright of your work, yet further participation in this workshop signifies your agreement with the guidelines shown below.

General Guidelines

  1. Each page must have a descriptive title.
  2. Each page must identify the person(s) responsible for the page and have an e-mail link.
  3. Your page must have a link to the official disclaimer (the facilitator will make the link for you)
  4. The author of any page is ultimately responsible for its content, for updating it, and for backing it up. Workshop facilitators will explain how work may be updated.
  5. All work created during your inservice, project, or  workshop  may be posted to the Arp  web site at the discretion of the workshop facilitators, teacher, or Network Administrator and made available at no charge to visitors of the Arp web site.
  6. Adhere to the content & copyright policies.

Content & Copyright Policies

  1. It may not violate applicable laws including local, state, or federal laws (including applicable export laws and regulations) or intellectual property rights including copyright or trademark laws.
  2. It may not violate any applicable Arp Publishing policy.
  3. It may not appeal to prurient interest, as does pornography.
  4. It may not include racist, sexist, or harassing material.
  5. It may not contain malicious code or links to malicious code.
  6. It may not use copyrighted materials unless permission has been obtained. The author of any page using copyrighted material must have written, electronic (i.e. email) permission for the use of the copyrighted material cited appropriately on the referring page.  

All users must remember that Arp ISD s a state-supported institution in Texas. Content that might not be objectionable elsewhere may be highly damaging to this institution and its image. Users are expected to use prudence and good taste in all publications. Even though pages may not be publicized, search engines may still find those pages. The Arp Network Administrator  reserves the right to delete or render inaccessible any pages on Arp-owned computers.
