Food Service Manager Requirements: Conduct operational management 55% and production management 45% of the work week. Produce and maintain work schedules, and production records. Direct and manage task assignments within the local site of operation. Maintain food production that ensures the safety and quality of food service guidelines. Maintain accurate reports of daily\monthly activity records. Maintain the education in the Nutri-Kids system for employees as well as yourself. Candidates must be able to manage, employees at the school sites, promoting employee growth, efficiency, moral, and teamwork. Follow attendance policy as assigned by Director. Follow all rules, regulations, and policies of Arp ISD and follow directives from the Food Service Director Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, ability to communicate both orally and written, deal with all people in a courteous manner.
