This form is to be used to identify students who are in danger of not passing this year's TAKS test at the semester. Students who are identified as Tier 3 should receive the attention described by the campus/grade level Tier 3 Guidelines. Parents of the identified students should also receive a letter from the school explaining the Tier 3 process and suggestions for parents to assist the child in gaining the appropriate skills.
