§        Identified Strategies to address the Needs Assessment (include what we are already doing and anything we still need to do – Curriculum Alignment (Curriculum Calendars) & TAKS preparation, Reading & Writing Initiatives, Reading Improvement policies, etc.

§        Identified Supplemental Financial Resources (Title 1, , Campus Funds, District Funds) by DOLLAR AMOUNT

§        Contains Supplemental Staff FTE’s – What percentage of a teacher’s salary is supplemented by Compensatory Funding?  If it IS supplemented, WHY?  WHEN?  WITH WHOM? Supply documentation (sign in sheets)

§        Measurable performance Objectives to meet the Needs Assessment

§        Timelines for monitoring strategies – This requires that your committee meet so many times a year to show they are MONITORING and reporting and adjusting strategies in Formative and Summative Evaluations

§        Formative and Summative Evaluation Criteria – What will they be looking for when they meet? INCLUDE in your campus plan the Assessment Initiatives for the district.  Collection of benchmarks, testing calendars, and accountability for SSI

§        Staff Development Recommendations – These MUST follow the Needs Assessment!

§        Recommendations for Waiver Days (how many & for what)

§        Be sure that ALL special programs are addressed in your Plan (GT, CATE, At-Risk, ESL, Early Literacy, OEYP, Dyslexia on all campuses, Early Graduation, Attendance Committee (how often & when they will meet), plans for promotion of the Recommended High School Program, College entrance testing, Special Ed)
