I. Decrease the number of students to computer ratio by increasing the number of multimedia computers (laptops) in the classroom.

II. Provide mini-labs for each classroom and multiple labs on each campus with full connectivity.

III. Expand networks on all campuses (Local Area Networks - LANs), interconnect additional partners (Wide Area Network -WAN) with full connectivity to University libraries and interactive distance learning.

IV. Train and nurture (support) faculty, administration, and staff through skills development in productivity and administrative software, and with curriculum integration.

V. Create mentorships and shadowing programs for students to experience in-the-field technology applications.

VI. Utilize technology camps for community and children during summers, nights, and weekends.

VII. Increase effective use of community access channel by broadcasting technology training and updates to community.

VIII. Maintain District Technology Committee that consists of campus technology coordinators, district administrators, principals, community members, parents, and business experts.

IX. Strengthen incentives for excellence in technology infusion for faculty and campuses.  SEE Three Levels of Accountability

X. Update Maintenance Procedure, Budget, and Policies yearly.
