Adding an Event to the Calendar
Click on District Calendar from the Home Page

Click on

Click on the Month Heading

Click on the CATEGORY—A Category will place your event only for people who would look under that category. If you want your event to go into District-Wide Categories, it will be seen by everyone. If you want to Schedule the Portable Lab, Click on

NEXT: Click on the Plus Sign next to the day you want to post an event.

Fill in the password & hit Submit….email joy@arpisd.org for that password.

Fill in the Event Form --- Please supply all the information and please refrain from making events repeat, except when absolutely necessary. When you finish filling out the form. Click on Add Event. You will be prompted to Add Another Event….you may add as many events as you like…Or you can just exit out of the browser.

The Events will show up in the calendar as soon as the Calendar is Published Again.
