            5.5       Consider approving Brown, Bronstad, Habenicht & Rosson, P.C.  for the

                        August 31, 2007 year end audit.

            5.6       Consider approving sale of equipment.

            5.7       Consider approving textbook selection certification for 2007.

5.8       Consider approving purchase of computers, tables, and switches for new elementary computer lab.

5.9       Consider approving transfer students for the 2007-2008 school year.
