All-In-One Configuration for Using the Document Camera

 

·        Right-click on the desktop and go to properties

 

·        This will then bring open the Display Properties. Click on the Settings tab. Make sure your display settings do not exceed what are shown here ( 1152 X 864). You can now click on Advanced.

 

 

 

 

·        Once Advanced button has been click you should see a box exactly like the one below. You will need to click the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver tab.

·        Next you will need to click on Graphics Properties

·        Once Graphics Properties has been selected you will need to make sure that the Graphics Properties looks exactly like it is shown below. (If your settings do not look like the following then please email me along with your computer number so I can further assist you with your problem. This configuration is only for use with the Tangent All-In-One Workstations.)

 

 

You now my click on Apply and OK. You can now click OK on all the boxes that you have opened until you get back to your desktop. You will need to use the instructions below in order to operate the Document Camera.

 

Switching From PC to Camera Mode

 

If you want what is on your computer to show up on the projector screen then push PC Mode, If you what is under the document to be shown up on the projector screen then push Camera Mode.

 

 

AFTER A MICROSOFT UPDATE YOU MAY HAVE TO FIX (RESTORE) YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN to PROJECTOR--

USE THESE STEPS

1.     Rt Mouse click on your Desktop

2.    Select Graphic Options  

3.    Select Output to  Intel® Dual Display Clone,

4.     then select Notebook & Monitor

These steps will RESTORE your Computer to the Projector when the PC button on your Document Camera is selected.
