Lesson plans may
take MANY forms, but they MUST include the ENTIRE TEKS & S.E.s NOT just
the TEKS Number. Also include all the other indicated information in the
bullets above.
Once you have
created your lesson plan for 1 day or 1 week or several weeks in one Word
Document, Open your Email and Click on your Calendar.

Select 31Month View

Click on A Day and Then Right Mouse Click for the
Menu

Select New Appointment and fill in the following
information

If you DON'T see a "paper clip" on the top tool bar you
will need to click on these double arrows. They tell you that there are more
items on the menu
Select the Paper Clip

The Paper Clip will allow you to insert a document into
your calendar.....the Word document that you typed your lesson plan in.

Then Click the Insert Button

You will SEE your Document in the Appointment for that
day.
Click on SAVE & CLOSE -- that option may be in the
double arrows menu.
