Please help us out by following some very simple steps for help with your computers.

Computer Name can be found in several Places:

EASIEST Place to find the computer name is to look when you log on to the computer.

The computer Name is BELOW ARPISD. Use the down arrow to see the computer name

ANOTHER WAY TO FIND IT:

(1) WRITTEN IN INK (NOT THE BAR CODE!!!) on your CPU...it will start with an

L  .........like L6920445   OR

T  ....... Like T1170535

OR

D.......Like Dbed4zl01    OR   Dell_2bzq511

The Tech department cannot use a printer number or a monitor number or a number off a barcode or the back of the computer.

THE CORRECT NUMBERS ARE THE NUMBERS you SEE when you click on Network Neighborhood.  THESE ARE THE NUMBERS that identify your computer to the network....AND by which I can do remote maintenance.  Usually,  I will NEED you to log on to your computer.  If I need to log you off, I can do so myself by remote access.  If you see the mouse moving.......miraculously.....it's probably...just me.

Please SUBMIT you computer number using the proper MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM found at:

http://www/admin/maint.htm  UNDER  "SELECT FORM" ...We really need your cooperation--
