ADDING A NETWORK PRINTER

 

Click on START

    Click on SETTINGS

        Click on PRINTERS

Click on the Add Printer Icon

Walk through the Print Wizard and select

NETWORK PRINTER

 

Click <NEXT>

DO NOT TYPE IN A NAME OF A PRINTER...

CLICK  <NEXT>

Double Click on SENIOR01

 

HIGHLIGHT hs_office

 

Click <NEXT>

You probably will NOT want to make this your default printer...UNLESS...you do not have a printer ... so select NO

Click <Next>

Click <Finish>

You will now see the hs_office printer as one of your printers you may select each time you decide to print.
