NOTE: Every summer each classroom must have ALL movable items (furniture, equipment) removed. These will be placed in the halls during floor/room cleaning activities. Items are often misplaced or lost.
THEREFORE:
H.S. Teachers: Please place your books in your built-in cabinets. All portable book shelves should be emptied as much as possible. These will be moved from the room during summer floor cleaning.
All Teachers: The Maintenance Dept requests that teachers remove ANY personal items, knic-knacs, plants, etc. from your rooms before leaving for the summer. ANYTHING you cannot lock up, should be taken home.
DO NOT move computers! These will be moved by the Tech Department. If you OWN your own printer-please take it home! Some of these walked off in the past.
If you have a document & digital cameras, wireless tablet, remotes to overhead projectors or TV sets, calculators, large LCD screens or laptops on carts, these will need to be locked up by the Tech Department...you will get them back :-) DO NOT label with sticky notes. We will label them for you! We will be on each campus by the last day of school to take care of this (See below).
Do not lock up laptops, cameras, etc. over the summer! If you are not using them turn them in to the Tech Department.
Do not turn off your computer towers. Turn off monitors and printers only.

Special Instructions: Please do not lock portable technology tools in your closets over the summer. If you wish to use your technology over the summer, you may do so. If not, please turn it in to the Tech Department. All batteries should be removed and stored in a cool place for all technology tools. If you turn it into the Tech Dept we will do this for you.
