STEP 1: Ok first of all you have to make sure you have paint and gif animator. If you have a computer then you have paint, but you probably don't have gif animator. If you don't have follow this link GIF ANIMATOR and download it, its free and harmless.

STEP 2: Ok now that you have paint and gif animator, now you have to make an animation in paint. What you do is open up paint and draw w/e kind of figure you like, for example a stick figure. Now go to file and save this picture as pic1.

STEP 3: Now you have to make him move. Lets make him wave his arm. First erase only one arm:

| Now draw his arm in a different position, just slightly upward from the original one, then keep doing that like so make sure you save each new movement as like pic3 pic4 pic5: |

Step 4:Now you have to put them all together in GIF animator: Go to Start, Programs, GIF construction set professional, then again on the drop down list go to GIF construction set professional. There will be a little wand with a yellow star at the top of the page click that. Keep clicking next until you get to the speed of the animations, pick which speed you want, remember the higher the number the slower the speed, so if you want like an average speed I would recommend 20ths. Then click next, then when you get to the next step click select and find where you saved your pictures select all of them by clicking the 1st one then hold SHIFT and down so you select all of the pictures then click next. Then done. When your done with that click the little sunglasses at the top, right next to the wand. Then your video will play. You are done!
