* The TOTAL values reflect the total number of unique
students. If any student appears in more than one class, the
TOTAL values will be less than the sum of the column values.
The TOTAL values also include students who are not currently
assigned to a class, as shown by the [no class]
row.
[no class]: a student can exist at a school without being
in a class for three reasons: 1. the student was enrolled but
was never assigned a class; 2. the student was formerly in a
class, but was removed from that class without being
reassigned to a new class; or 3. the student has left the
school and was removed from all classes, rather than being
deleted, so that the student’s results would appear for
reporting purposes. A complete list of both students who are
not currently assigned to a class and students who have never
been assessed can be obtained by contacting your Account
Manager.
Transfer Students: the Aggregate Reports do not display
any past scores for students who have transferred in between
schools within the same district or municipality. In these
cases, only the most recent assessments that were given at the
student's current school are displayed.
