Conflict of Interest

Requirements:

  1. This statement must be on all purchase orders, contracts,  and bid documents:
    bulletPursuant to Texas H.B. No. 914 and in accordance with Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code, Section 176.006.  Vendors must file on an annual basis of Conflict of Interest Questionnaire with the Arp ISD Records Administrator. Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and instructions can be found on our website at: www.arp.sprnet.org under District Resources and completed forms can be faxed to 903 859-1671.
  2. Bids, POs, Proposals or Contracts will not be accepted without a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire on file from the vendor
  3. Board Members and Superintendent must be poled annually
  4. Forms must be posted on an annual rotation on this web site.
  5. A Conflict of Interest Questionnaire must be posted within seven days of discovery.
